Three "LaBRIsiens", PhD students and/or young doctors, have applied to take part in MT180 (Ma thèse en 180 secondes).
The semi-final, with the 19 participants, will take place on 11/03/24 from 13h30 to 17h, at l'Agora (Talence).
The final will take place on 03/15, with the 16 finalists chosen during the semi-final, again at l'Agora from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.
Both sessions are open to the public.
The three LaBRI candidates taking part in Ma thèse en 180s at the University of Bordeaux will present their thesis topics.They are :
- Corto Mascle (MTV team, M2F department), whose thesis topic is: "Distributed system synthesis: monitoring, control and learning";
- Vincent Casamayou (Manioc team, I&S department) for his thesis entitled "Design and implementation of interactive physico-numerical tools for learning quantum physics"; and
- Hugo Château-Laurent (BKB team, SeD department) for his topic entitled: "Computational Modeling of Interactions between Episodic Memory and Cognitive Control".
