Every year, the CNRS honors the men and women who contribute to its reputation and help highlight advances in research and innovation.

This year, Thomas Degueule, a CNRS Research Fellow (Progress team, SeD department at LaBRI), has just been awarded the 2026 CNRS Bronze Medal, recognizing his expertise in the field of software engineering.

 

Thomas's research focuses primarily on software and programming languages, and more specifically on their evolution, modularity, and understanding.
